Today I am taking a look at new listings in 10 areas that many of my clients are buying and/or selling.  As you know housing inventory in general is down so I dug up some numbers on new listings for these 10 cities to see if they are really going down or not.  Take a look at the chart below to see what I found out.  For Minneapolis and St. Paul the number is for the entire city as I did not want to get into all the different areas separately for this little report.
