Are your trying to sell your home? Is your listing online? The majority of home buyers start their home searches on line these days and this is not limited to just the younger crowd even the 55+ age group is searching and researching homes on line.  This online demand means only one thing to you as a seller – you better have your home on as many websites as possible and you better do it right!  Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com are the top 3 search sites for real estate, so your home better be on those sites to increase the chances of finding a buyer.  Just being on line is also not enough, you need to present your home is a way that invites buyers to see it.  Make sure you have lots of photographs and good photographs.  Make sure the highlights of your home are pointed out and there is a nice description of your home.
