The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors has released the housing statistics for the week ending March 16, 2013.

In the Twin Cities region, for the week ending March 16:

• New Listings increased 4.9% to 1,475
• Pending Sales increased 11.9% to 1,094
• Inventory decreased 30.1% to 12,661
