The Spring Showcase Parade of Homes runs March 4 – April 2 (noon to 6pm) for new homes, and will also feature 64 remodeled homes between March 31 – April 2 (noon to 6pm).

The Parade of Homes comes to the Twin Cities from February 20th to March 20th, 2016.

You don’t have to venture this year’s Parade of Homes alone. Let me be your guide!

Join Wendy Carson on the annual Twin Cities Parade of Homes tour this September 12 through October 4th, 2015!

This weekend is the final weekend of the Spring Parade of Homes and the 22nd – 24th is also the Remodelers Showcase.  If you are not looking to build a new home but want to make some renovations to your current home, the Remodelers Showcase would be a great place to go to gather ideas and meet with builders. This year there are 61 remodeled homes for you to view.

As always if you are looking at building a new home, remember that the friendly people in the models represent the builder and the builder’s interests – they say they will help you, but they work for the builder.  I would be happy to represent you in your quest to find a builder in the Twin Cities or Western Wisconsin and my services cost you nothing and I would represent you and your best interests!
