The 64th annual Fall Parade of Homes is starting this Saturday, September 8th and runs through Sunday September 30th. Prices range from $139,000 to $2,780,000 and the homes are located throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Admission to the Fall Parade of Homes is free with the exception of the 3 dream homes which have a $5 donation/charge. Xcel Energy will be promoting home energy efficiency in this year’s tour; 22 of the homes on the tour have been certified as energy efficient by Minnesota’s Green Path.
The parade of Homes is a great place to go to see the latest and greatest in building trends – get ideas for building your own home or for a remodel, take a look at the different builders and see their finished products as well. You can pick up your guide to the Fall Parade of Homes at Holiday Station Stores throughout the Twin Cities. They have also revamped their website www.ParadeOfHomes.org where you can search the homes, plus they have a mobile site and an app for iphone and Android users.
If you are a buyer planning to attend the Parade of Homes, do not go unrepresented! Remember that as nice and friendly as the people working in the homes are, they all represent the builder and the builder’s interests, not yours! Let me go along and be your guide and represent you! My commission is paid for by the builder, so you get to be represented and don’t have to pay for it.
It is that time of year, the Spring Parade of Homes starts Saturday, March 3 and runs through April 1. Are you thinking of building a new home this year? Let me be your guide during The Parade of Homes Tour! Remember:
*It doesn’t cost you anything to have my representation. The agents sitting in the models represent their builders, not you!
*With over 700 Minnesota builders and as many in Wisconsin (I am a licensed agent in WI too), I can help you choose the builder who will best serve your home building needs.
*Building a home will be one of the biggest investments you ever make. Don’t do it alone, be represented!
