What About Wisconsin

June 20, 2012 |  Article By :   |

Mostly I report on the Twin Cities Real Estate market, but what about Wisconsin?  I am licensed in Wisconsin and can help anyone interested in buying or selling in Western Wisconsin!  The Wisconsin market is also picking up just as is the Twin Cities housing market.  The Western Wisconsin region is also experiencing double digit growth rates, with a 14.5% increase in sales for May of 2012 compared to May of 2011!  New job listings are up in Wisconsin as a whole and home inventories are down both helping to fuel the increase in home sales and prices.  For more on the Wisconsin Market click here for a report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
